The acquisition strengthens Visma Sirius’ property management offering by integrating EstateApp into the Hausvise platform, reinforcing Hausvise’s position as one of the most comprehensive solutions for housing company maintenance and renovation management.

EstateApp consolidates maintenance history, renovation planning, and contractor tendering into a single system for property managers and housing company boards. The solution has grown rapidly in Finland, with over 7,500 housing companies using the platform, and includes AI-enabled functionality that supports onboarding and automates the interpretation of maintenance and renovation documentation.

The acquisition supports Visma Sirius’ strategy of growth through targeted acquisitions and expands its portfolio in property and facility management software. Jakoa Enterprises will continue as part of Visma Sirius, enabling further development of the solution and enhanced customer support.
