TLT-Connection Oy has since 2010 established its position in the Finnish distribution and telecommunication networks industry whereas TLT-Building Oy is a major operator in the Finnish power line network design and construction market. With the acquisition VINCI Energies strengthens its expertise in design, construction and maintenance of power line, distribution and telecommunication networks in Finland. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by the Finnish competition authority.
