Avail advised Intecon on joining the XPartners network. The transaction marks the next step in Intecon’s growth and strengthens its ability to deliver integrated project and cost management services through access to a broader Finnish and Nordic platform.
Founded in 2022, Intecon is a project management and consulting partner to the real estate and construction industry, providing end-to-end services from early planning to project handover. The company specialises in project and cost management, scheduling and project planning, sustainable real estate advisory, and building services engineering, with a particular focus on the Defence & Security, Property and Industrial sectors. Intecon employs nearly 30 professionals across offices in Helsinki and Tampere and reported net sales of approximately EUR 6 million in 2024.
XPartners is a Nordic consulting group within engineering and design, bringing together around 60 entrepreneur-led companies and more than 1,800 specialists advising clients in infrastructure, buildings, energy and the environment. By joining the group, Intecon gains access to a wider collaboration platform that supports growth, broader project delivery capabilities and continued development of its integrated, data-driven service offering, while continuing to operate under the Intecon brand.
