Avail advised Korona Invest on the acquisition of a majority interest in Fredman Group Oy, a Finnish company manufacturing kitchen products such as baking papers, filter papers and cling film,  for both home cooks and kitchen professionals. Fredman Group’s turnover in 2023 was EUR 27.7million, of which 14 % accounted for exports. The brand portfolio of Fredman Group includes successful brands such as Elmu®kelmu, Comple® and Carita®.
