Avail advised Caverion on the acquisition of Kokkola LCC.

Caverion is the market leader in technical services and installations in Finland specializing in smart and sustainable built environments, offering expert services across the entire lifecycle of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sites, including installation, maintenance, managed services, advisory and digital solutions.

Kokkola LCC provides laser cladding and machining services for industrial components used in demanding industrial environments and has long-standing customer relationships with companies in Finland’s mechanical engineering, metal, energy, marine, mining, earthmoving and process industries, among others.

The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2026.
