Avail advised Caverion on the acquisition of IS-Technics' onsite machining and mechanical installations business. The acquisition complements Caverion’s existing service offering in industrial maintenance and investment projects throughout the entire lifecycle of plants and facilities.

Caverion is the market leader in technical services and installations in Finland specializing in smart and sustainable built environments, offering expert services across the entire lifecycle of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sites, including installation, maintenance, managed services, advisory and digital solutions.

The acquired business includes demanding onsite machining and mechanical installations, as well as the manufacturing of customer specific, portable field machining equipment used in environments such as shipyards, power plants, nuclear power plants and pulp mills. Through the acquisition, IS-Technics’ eight employees and approximately 30 long-standing industrial customers will transfer to Caverion.
