Avail advised Caverion on the acquisition of Fitelnet. The acquisition is in line with Caverion’s growth strategy andstrengthens its capabilities in security services.

Caverion is the market leader in technical services and installations in Finland specializing in smart and sustainable built environments, offering expert services across the entire lifecycle of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sites, including installation, maintenance, managed services, advisory and digital solutions.

Fitelnet is a technology company specializing in high-performance protection solutions against electromagnetic interference and indoor mobile network solutions. The purpose of the products is to protect critical electrical systems and infrastructure against electromagnetic interference. The solutions support both commercial and public authority networks.

The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2026.
