Ville specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. He has in-depth experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving industrial clients, private equity sponsors and investors in a wide variety of industries.
Ville advises clients also in general corporate, commercial and contract law matters. His areas of specialisation include venture capital transactions.
Prior to founding Avail Attorneys, Ville was a partner in a boutique business law firm for three years and before that worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys Ltd’s private M&A and capital markets practices for more than seven years.
