Mikael has extensive experience in his field, gained from working in both advisory and in-house positions, his assignments covering IT procurement and outsourcing, telecoms, and data-driven platform businesses. Mikael advises companies ranging from startups to publicly listed companies in developing, designing and productizing their offerings.
Mikael holds an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with dual specialization certificates in Law and Technology as well as Business Law.
Prior to joining Avail Attorneys, Mikael has worked for more than twelve years in several leading law firms in Helsinki and most recently in an in-house position as General Counsel.
